Service Description: Social activities, educational and support services * activities offered on a weekly basis

Dance: Line Dance - using basic steps to create repetitive combinations, you'll learn moves like the shuffle, grapevine, coaster step and mambo step through various exercises and engaging choreography

Strength and Conditioning - with an emphasis on full body conditioning, exercises will target key muscle groups including arms, legs, abdominals and chest to improve you overall endurance and flexibility

Tai Chi - learn how to pair gentle movements that you will perform in a sequence with controlled breathing, to improve your flexibility, coordination, strength and mental concentration

Walk Fit - combining basic steps with upper body movements, Walk Fit offers both cardio and conditioning benefits

Yoga: Chair - benefits of yoga with the added support of a chair participant's walker. Combining gentle stretches and traditional poses, you will improve your flexibility, strength, breathing and relaxation with every movement

Zumba Gold - Latin dance and music inspire a fun and energetic cardio workout. Using low-impact steps and aerobic movements, participants will dance their way to new fitness heights
