Service Description:

For DAFHT patients only. This 3-session program is offered in follow-up for those who have completed the "Treasure Your Bones" sessions. This workshop allows participants to learn more strategies to improve bone health. Participants will join in safe exercise provided by a Bone Fit™ trained therapist
Group exercise class specifically for people who have been diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis
