Service Description:

Program, classes, activities for active and healthy living * a variety of programs designed to keep participants safe while staying active * programs suitable for a variety of ages and interests
Registered Fitness Programs: help participants commit to a specific program on a weekly basis, Programs such as: yoga, cardio, strength training classes, or aquafit
Fitness:
- Zumba Gold - a dance fitness workout using Latin inspired and international rhythms featuring high- and low-intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular, enhancing balance, coordination, agility, and strength
- Chair Fitness - functional strength training workout done using a chair to either sit or use for balance and geared for the beginner or participants with limited movements to help improve posture, balance, strength training, coordination, flexibility, circulation, range of motion. Light hand held weights is optional
- Dance Fit - is a fun effective cardio dance circuit program alternating between energizing dance fun to increase heart rate burn to a series of strength training exercises at timed intervals using body weight, dumbbells, and bands to tone and sculpt muscles. This combo boosts metabolism and helps participants to get strong in one fun and effective workout
- Intermediate Line Dance - dance class offering choreographed dances using variety of music styles and genres including country, latin, pop, rock and roll etc
- Zumba Toning - incorporates light weighted toning sticks to the Zumba dance workout to enhance rhythm, build strength and tone
- Balls and Bands - full body workout uses resistance band and fitness balls to improve posture, improve flexibility and mobility and core strength without the use of heavy equipment. This low impact joint friendly exercises are easy to modify for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mats. Pilate Balls and resistance bands are supplied
Drop-in Fitness Activities: is for participants who prefer a more flexible workout schedule. Walk-ins are first come first-serve basis if space is available
