Service Description: Drop-in fitness programs to stay active, engaged and supported

  • Gentle Fitness - a low-impact, beginner-friendly workout class that targets all major muscle groups to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost overall fitness. Mat work involved. A chair is available to provide additional support and to ensure all movements can be adapted for varying comfort and mobility levels
  • Senior Circuit (Fitness Centre) - This senior-friendly beginner circuit training program is designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance using a walking track, free weights, and weight training machines. It includes low-impact exercises with modifications as needed. Please come prepared to participate, wearing appropriate athletic clothing and footwear. Space is limited, it is mandatory to check in at Customer Service to receive a class ticket. No mat work
  • Low Impact Total Body - a gentle, full-body class that builds strength, mobility, and balance using smooth, low-impact movements—safe and accessible for all levels
  • Cardio Muscle and Strength Training - an all levels, full-body workout that combines simple cardio exercises with gentle muscle-strengthening moves. This class helps improve your heart health, build strength, and boost overall fitness. Mat work involved
  • Zumba - a fun, high-energy, dance-inspired cardio workout set to traditional cumbia, salsa, samba, and merengue music. Zumba boosts your heart rate, improves coordination, and keeps you moving with upbeat rhythms and easy-to-follow choreography
  • Yoga - a balanced, practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a mix of standing and floor poses. Mat work involved
