A chair is available to provide additional support and to ensure all movements can be adapted for varying comfort and mobility levels
  • Adult 55+ Circuit (Fitness Centre) - this beginner-friendly circuit training program for adults 55+ focuses on improving strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance using a walking track, free weights, and weight machines. Exercises are low-impact with modifications available. Participants must wear appropriate athletic attire and check in at Customer Service to receive a class ticket, as space is limited. No mat work included
  • Chair Yoga - gentle yoga practice designed to enhance overall well-being. Using a chair for both seated and standing movements, participants will work to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility in a safe and accessible way.
