Assists individuals facing mental health or addiction issues to assess and upgrade their work strengths and employment potential to set and meet vocational goals * helps to prepare for employment, find a job, and support as the job begins * face-to-face with an employment specialist, attend regular workshops or receive support from a peer mentor
