Service Description:

Free community and virtual workshops available to all – children and adults alike. Through interactive sessions, clients will build the skills and confidence needed to make healthier lifestyle choices
Each workshop will include an interactive lesson, covering topics such as balanced eating, the benefits of physical activity and sleep – all led by trained instructors
Sessions are scheduled on an ongoing basis, based on participant interests.
