  • Many cancer patients struggle with maintaining adequate nutrition due to fatigue, nausea, taste changes, digestive sensitivity, reduced appetite, and treatment side effects. Traditional cold smoothies can sometimes be difficult to tolerate, especially for individuals with digestive weakness or sensitivity to cold foods.

This presentation explores the concept of warm smoothies—blended, nourishing beverages served warm rather than cold—to support digestion, comfort, and nutrient absorption during cancer treatment and recovery.

    Participants will learn:
    • Why warm blended foods may be easier to digest during cancer treatment
    • Key ingredients that support healing, energy, protein intake, and immune resilience
    • How to create balanced warm smoothies using anti-inflammatory and nutrient-dense foods
    • Simple recipes for breakfast, recovery, fatigue support, and gentle detoxification
    • Practical tips for managing appetite loss, nausea, and taste changes
This session provides realistic strategies patients can use immediately to improve nourishment and support healing.
