In this restorative yoga workshop Caregivers will enjoy a sequence of light movement, followed by deep restorative poses, and a relaxation period.
Caregivers are encouraged to attend with their own mat, bolster, and block if possible.
Date and time: Sunday June 14th 7:30-8:30pm
Location: Beaches Sandbox Community Center, 2181 Queen St E, Toronto, ON M4E 1E5
This special place allows us to connect with other caregivers, relax, socialize, share stories, and have FUN! This will be a small group with a chance to chat with other caregivers, to make friendships and support each other in your journey. Autism Ontario staff will also be present and available to chat about supports.
A friendly reminder that this workshop is intended solely for caregivers and is not designed for the participation of children. If a child has been registered in error, please notify me at your earliest convenience so that we may update the registration accordingly.
Cost: $5 per person.
Once registered and paid, refunds will not be issued.
