Grow your confidence in the kitchen!
This group program is for Autistic children and teens ages 10-14 who want to work together to learn about meal preparation and explore new foods. Participants will learn the life skills related to good nutrition, practicing food safety, and following recipes while building their teamwork and collaboration skills. Participants will also be encouraged to explore their senses through baking and cooking activities that promote confidence, creativity and cooperation in the kitchen.

Registration NotesPlease note: Once a group registration request is received on My Community Hub, a Kerry’s Place Intake staff will reach out to request updated documentation, as needed. Documentation includes: Written diagnosis of ASD, Kerry’s Place Service Agreement, Supported Person Profile (valid for 1 year), Media Release, and others as needed.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to the session from the facilitators that will include further details related to drop-off and pick-up instructions, sign-in/sign-out procedures or Teams link (if applicable).
