The Rec Room is a leisure-based social group. This group aims to increase opportunities for social interactions, fostering friendships, and having fun for adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Registration NotesPlease note: Once a group registration request is received on My Community Hub, a Kerry’s Place Intake staff will reach out to request updated documentation, as needed. Documentation includes: Written diagnosis of ASD, Kerry’s Place Service Agreement (valid for 1 year), Supported Person Profile (valid for 1 year), Media Release (valid for 1 year), and others as needed.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to the session from the facilitators that will include further details related to drop-off and pick-up instructions, sign-in/sign-out procedures.
