Whether it’s a social media Reel, YouTube video, book, or movie, this Foundational Family Service for youth ages 8-13, will explore themes, characters, and how each piece of media relates to the participants' own experiences. This space is for everyone; whether you’re a book lover, a movie buff, or someone who enjoys exploring content across different social media platforms. As we dive into all forms of storytelling, each offering will explore a form of media and focus on creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all perspectives are welcomed and valued.

This month's topic will be media representation.  We will focus on representation fo the Autistic and 2SLGBTQ+ intersectionality in media, using clips from the Netflix comedy series "Everything's Gonna Be Okay" and "Heartbreak High".

Cost: No cost to participate

Reads to Reels will be delivered virtually and will not be recorded for future viewing.
