Service Description: Peel Children’s Aid Society strives to ensure the safety and well-being of the community’s most vulnerable with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. Through culturally sensitive services, with the support of our Peel community, we help parents and caregivers build healthy families and provide a safe environment for children and youth. We believe that children belong with their families, and 99 per cent of our work is done with families and children in their own homes. If you are concerned about a child or youth, we can help.

Peel Children’s Aid's role is to:
Investigate reports of concerns about the well-being of children and decide on a course of action.
Work with families to determine the kind of supports they need and link them with the appropriate community services.
Provide a temporary, safe and caring environment with kin, family friends or a foster caregiver for children and teens who are unable to stay in their own home or have no parent or guardian available.
