Service Description:
|
A court-imposed sanction whereby offenders are required to perform a specific number of hours of unpaid work for the community within a specific time frame as a condition of their Probation/Conditional Sentence Order
The program provides a suitable work placement for someone who has a Probation/Conditional Sentence Order with a court-imposed sanction to complete community service hours. The program monitors the progress throughout the Order and provides support and encouragement to the client

Clients are referred to the program by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Anyone (male, female, adult and youth) with a Probation/ Conditional Sentence Order that has a condition to perform Community Service work as referred by a Probation Officer
