Service Description: Support for people experiencing homelessness in Dufferin County. Housing and support options for people living with mental health and/or substance use challenges, providing a safe, welcoming environment where people can access practical tools, learning opportunities, and meaningful community connections to support their overall well-being and quality of life.

A health care team offers support, including counselling, life skills development, individualized care planning, and recreational activities. These supports help individuals build stability, strengthen independence, and move forward in their mental health and addictions recovery journey
