Service Description: The Hight Support Programs primary goal is to facilitate a healthy and supportive environment that maximizes successful outcomes during the transition to independent living from a hospital setting. With two Brampton locations, our model of long term housing with an increased level of on-site support for all clients is designed to assist individuals who experience challenges with complex mental health and co-occurring issues.

This program is in partnership with CAMH and William Osler Health System.
