Service Description:

SLPP’s model of care is strengths-based and person-centered where every client is engaged as a partner in a plan of care that is customized to the needs of the client seeking support. Client's are supported by a multidisciplinary team of staff with expertise across a broad range of professional backgrounds - including social work, nursing, personal support work, nutrition counselling, psychiatry, criminal justice, and recreational therapy

- RRH Graduate Program: A long-term supportive housing program
- Community Residential Facility Program: Housing support for men on conditional release from a federal correctional facility

Fees:

Residential services are charged via social benefit guidelines and based upon a rent geared to income (RGI) model for those in the New Leaf and RRH programs. Room and board for federal parolees is administered via Correctional Service Canada.
