Service Description:
|
Community physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the muscles, nerves, and bones that may be caused by work or sports or motor vehicle collision injuries, chronic conditions, or to recover after an operation (hip and knee surgery)
Additional services:
- dry needling (acupuncture) treatment
- supervised use of fitness equipment
- hand therapy
For children and adults, direct individual physiotherapy is available in the clinic
OHIP-insured physiotherapy clinic
Not a part of the Bundled Care Program
NOTE: OHIP coverage for those 19 years and under, 65 years and older, ODSP or Ontario Works recipients (OHIP required), Post surgery with referral for the body part directly related to the surgical procedure that required physiotherapy upon discharge.
