Service Description: SQHR provides services to individuals with an opioids addiction, and works to improve the responsiveness of the health care system to substance use

Clients receive brief intervention, lifestyle, and supportive interventions, to develop skills to manage addiction/substance use isorder and other related problems

The program is a partnership between WOHS, CMHA Peel, PAARC, FTP, Jean Tweed, and PCHS

Fees: None - Free
Application: Self referral, physician referral or professional agency referral
Eligibility / Target Population: Youth 16 years and older with an opioid addiction
Primarily South Asian
Languages: English * Hindi * Punjabi * Urdu
Area Served:
Brampton, Caledon, Mississauga (Malton), Toronto (Etobicoke), Vaughan (Woodbridge), and Dufferin County
