Service Description:

Newcomer orientation and information- assisted access to other community services and social support
- immediate needs referrals: housing, clothing, domestic violence response, and counselling
- employment related form filling assistance and letter preparation
- advocacy assistance on behalf of clients to their Social Services Case Workers and/or Labour Market Managers to support participation in helpful programs and access emergency funds
- referrals to literacy and basic skills and bridging programs
