Service Description:
|
10-bed residential hospice provides compassionate end-of-life care for people living with a life-limiting illness. Staff and volunteers work together to support clients and families with comfort, dignity, and quality of life during the final stages of life

Eligibility / Target Population:

Open primarily to clients from Brampton, Caledon, and Dufferin through Ontario Health atHome (Central West), as well as eligible clients from across Ontario who meet admission criteria
