CW CCAC Wins 3 OACCAC Awards of Excellence


Each year the Ontario Association of Community Care Access Centres’ (OACCAC) conference includes an awards ceremony to acknowledge some of the exceptional staff across our sector.

Central West CCAC staff won in three of the six categories!

  • Business Analyst Naomi Uy, who was presented with the Individual CCAC Staff Award for her coordination of Partnering 4 Change, a leading-edge initiative that to date has supported 20,000 children living with developmental coordination disorder; 
  • Director of Patient Care Services and Clinical Analytics Daniel Ball, who was presented with the CCAC Leadership Award for his efforts to ensure patients experience some of the shortest wait times to care in the province;
    and
  • The CW CCAC Patient Flow Improvement Team, who received the CCAC Staff Team Award in recognition of the Home First Refresh and their related efforts to improve patient flow.
