Central West CCAC Recognized as one of the Achievers "50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in Canada”

The Central West Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) has been recognized as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in Canada. This annual award recognizes top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Awards panel is comprised of 14 judges, including various academics and thought leaders on employee engagement.  In their deliberations, they evaluated each applicant based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement™: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards & Recognition, Professional & Personal Growth, Accountability & Performance, Vision & Values and Corporate Social Responsibility.

"Central West is very pleased to be recognized as one of Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ in Canada," says Cathy Hecimovich, CEO, Central West CCAC. "We are very proud that our employees are engaged in the work they do within our community; they are living our values and ensuring that our patients are receiving the best possible quality of care."

Central West CCAC will be honored alongside other recipients of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces™ Award at the awards gala on March 6, 2014 in Toronto.
